Andrew joined the company 16 years ago in a sales role, and now runs the land marketing arm of the business and general management of operations.

Gail has been with the company for over 23 years (starting when the group had only 3 employees).  Gail’s passion for success and team building skills have seen the retirement resort division collect an array of industry awards, and create an amazing environment of care and security for all residents.

Andrew has extensive experience both locally and internationally in financial management and consistently provides new ideas and challenges old ones with a goal of achieving the best result.

Peter Childs
Director of Planning
Peter has extensive experience in both architecture and planning and has a distinct flair for being able to manage multiple projects, and achieving the best creative result in a timely fashion.

Stuart Murray
Business Development Manager
Stuart has wide experience in the property industry ranging from Local and State Government to project development and delivery. Stuart is now responsible for strategic acquisitions.
